Q: When will the Closed Beta Test (CBT) access begin?

Q: Where can I provide feedback for the Closed Beta?
A: You can provide feedback and report bugs in the Blade & Soul Beta Forum.
Q: Where can I find the current Known Issues?
A: You can find a list of known issues here.
Q: Can I play using a controller? (Xbox, etc.)
A: Yes, although gamepad support is still in the testing phase. The controller options become available in the Menu under General > Camera once a controller has been connected.
Q: Will servers be wiped after the Closed Beta?
A: Yes, all character information will be wiped at the end of Closed Beta. There will be no wipes in the different phases of Closed Beta.
Q: Can I stream, create videos or post screenshots of the beta content?
A: Yes! There’s no non-disclosure agreement for the beta tests, so feel free to share your experiences!
Q: I applied my Founder's Pack during Closed Beta. Will I still get my items during launch?
A: Yes, you can use your Founder's Pack items during Closed Beta and it will be available again at launch for your characters.
Q: If I purchased a Founder's Pack will I be able to access all Closed Beta phases?
A: Yes, you'll be able to access all Closed Beta phases automatically. You will need to "Apply" this code to your account under the "Blade & Soul" tab under Account Management.
Q: If I received a Closed Beta 1 code, will I be able to access other Closed Beta phases?
A: No, invitational codes are phase based so if you receive a code for Closed Beta 1 then you'll only be able to Closed Beta 1. If you've purchased a Founder's Pack or have received a Founder's Pack code, then you'll be able to access all Closed Beta phases. You will need to "Apply" this code to your account under the "Blade & Soul" tab under Account Management.
Q: Where are the items that I should be getting for buying the Founder’s Pack (i.e. Costumes, skins)?
A: You will find those items in your in-game mail box.
Q: What are Premium Points?
A: Premium Points are used to increase your Premium Membership Tier. You accumulate Premium Points with every purchase you make in the NCoin Store and Hongmoon Store. Click here for more information.
Q: Am I spending real NCoin when I purchase items in the store?
A: No, the NCoin spent during the Closed Beta will not to be removed from your NCoin balance.
Q: When will the game be released?
A: We have not announced a release date.

Q: Will European players be able to participate in the Closed Beta?
A: Yes, but the data-center will be located in North America during Closed Beta 1. European servers will open up starting Closed Beta 2.
Q: Can I play this on Windows 10?
A: Yes, Blade & Soul currently runs on Windows 10.
Q: What is the level cap for Alpha/Beta?
Max level is 45.
Q: What is this Premium Membership benefit "Increase Attack Power by 4 and Additional Damage by 8"?
This is a display issue only, that is the actually the XP buff you get when you have an active Premium Membership. The description will be clarified in a later patch.
Q: How do I use the Dragon Pouch?
Dragon Pouch is used to expand your inventory. The first expansion is 1 Copper. The later expansions require a certain number of Dragon Pouches. Click on the next row of inventory to see how many Dragon Pouches you need to unlock.
Q: Can I use my Character Alteration Ticket?
This feature is not available during alpha/beta.
